Very good service. I called two other more popular tow truck companies in the area first and they were $55 and $65 for hook up and $3 a mile. D&M charged me $100 to come out, hook it up and tow it north of Cortez Road and 41 in Bradenton. (19 miles from south Palmer Ranch during rush hour) From the time I placed the call to Denny's arrival was approximately 40 minutes. Very fast service. Larger companies were giving me a 2 hour wait time. In Florida mid-day heat, without AC and family with me, that did not seem very empathetic. Also, the other companies were very slow on the phone, customer service lacking. Denny responded with an urgency that made me choose his company. I would recommend him to family and friends. I would definitely use D&M Towing again. The flat bed tow truck looked very nice and Denny had a professional shirt on with his name and company name. He texted me a photo of the vehicle at it's final destination, like he said he would. Give this company a try. I highly recommend.

Denny came and picked up the car within 30 minutes of me calling him! All of the other towing companies had a 2-3 hour wait. Denny had great communication and charged $30 less than the other companies. He sent his ETA when he was on the way, and sent a photo when the vehicle was delivered to its destination. I had an unexpected vehicle breakdown last week, and much like past experiences with them, D & M Towing was on site impressively fast. Denny treated my 4Runner carefully, as Mark though it was an exotic luxury car, and hauled both me and the truck home in a brand new/spotless wrecker. I've used D @ M Towing several times now. They never disappoint, and I'll never call anyone else. Thanks Denny!

A true American Patriot that loves this country and what it stands for. He came here with nothing and built a business on hard work and ambition and it shows. Fast service mixed with a great attitude. If your looking for a tow, go no further, you found it. I wish the guy would run for Congress honestly, we could use a great American like him to explain to some others how blessed we are to be here and why we live in the greatest country on Earth. I broke down on I-75 today. I saw all the good reviews about D&M and decided to give them a shot. Better than I imagined. When I called, Denny answered quickly, gave me a very fair price, and was pulling up to my car within half an hour as promised. Additionally, he was dressed professionally, clean, his truck was clean, and he had a big smile. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with him while we drove back to my drop off point. You will love this guy. Ask him about how he started his business and bought his house, and you will have a story to tell your kids about work ethic. Don't give anyone else your towing business.
